If your site is made with Webtv or is Webtv related you can apply all others will be deleted.Double submitions will be deleted.I will look at every applying site and make my judgement.Above is what the award looks like.
Here are the rules:
1) no porn in any way ex.links,banners,pictures,stories.If I feel it is close to being in this catagory entry will get deleted no questions asked.
2) No multiple entries in less than a week.If two or more request are received withing a week time period site won't be considered.
